"Wow, Mountain Mule!!! You did it again!! What an incredible experience this time with a tour around Yellowstone. I have used them for transportation services in the past, but this was a special trip for me as it was my boyfriend's first time leaving our home state since becoming a quadriplegic. By providing a ramp to enter the van and a secure lockdown mechanism for his wheelchair, he and I, along with our group of 8 friends were all able to ride together for this amazing tour through the park. I can’t say enough amazing things about this trip, from the time we were picked up at 5:00 AM to the time we were dropped off around 6:00 PM. Our driver, Ryan, was perfectly on time and so accommodating. He waited patiently for me since I, of course, was running slightly behind schedule! He started the trip off by making all of us feel incredibly comfortable, telling us about himself and giving a detailed description of what our day would look like. His knowledge of Yellowstone was unmatched. He knew exactly where to find wildlife and how to beat the heavy traffic as it got later in the morning. On the way into the park, we stopped at a cute little coffee shop with an assortment of drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Once inside the park, the second we saw any wildlife, Ryan stopped right away. He provided binoculars for each person, along with these awesome spotting scopes that we could attach to our phones to take unforgettable pictures and videos. Any question we had, Ryan had the answer. For lunch, we stopped at a beautiful scenic spot, Beartooth Lake Campground. Before the trip, we were sent a menu with different sandwiches and salads to choose from, which were packed and ready for us in the cutest little boxes with chips and cookies. We continued through the park and saw some pretty awesome wildlife, including elk, antelope, mule deer, mountain goats, and bison. On the ride back, we were given the option to drive through the park again or take the most scenic highway in America. I believe this option is a new add-on to the tours, and let me tell you, it was absolutely breathtaking. If you are traveling to Yellowstone, I would 1000% recommend Mountain Mule to take you on the most remarkable trip!"
