We were visiting for a birthday trip and because the spa was under renovation they had to bump us out of our reserved room, but we got upgraded to a ranch house which became an instant highlight of the trip. Just a beautiful house for our family to spread out, play games, stare at the scenery and wildlife from our living room or the decks, or dip in the hot tub right outside our door. Just an amazing experience. And all of the staff were very nice and helpful especially Elizabeth at the front desk, Emily from concierge and all the guides that we interacted with. Highly recommend!"
