Pho Sai Gon is a fantastic spot for delicious vegan-friendly Vietnamese food! 🌱 I had the vegan pho with extra tofu, and it was absolutely rich, flavorful, and comforting. The portion size was incredibly generous—I could barely make a dent in it, but that just meant I got to take some home to enjoy later. I also appreciated that the menu had several vegan options to choose from. The dining area is modern, bright, and spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a place I’ll return to when I’m craving pho done right.

What a great Veitnamese restaurant to find in the middle of Montana. Was traveling across the US back to Seattle when I saw Pho ad on the freeway billboard. The broth was favorable and all the beef slices were thick and fresh.

Great little place! Our server Amber, was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Huge portions! Had the beef tendon pho with a taro Boba. Definitely will be back!

Update from a May 2025 visit. I’m back to Pho Sai Gon and there are a couple changes! The popcorn chicken now has dipping sauce and their quantity increased! I didn’t have Thai tea but their milk tea is fantastic. They now have a happy hour time that’s expanded so you can get some yummy meals at a steal. I had their pho with everything and it was good! I suggest getting all of it. Overall there have been fantastic changes and I’m excited to try more of their menu. Nice job and thanks for great Vietnamese food in Bozeman! Past review Lots of options and big baguettes which I appreciate. I’ve had the bahn mii here and it was flavorful and hit the mark. The Thai tea taste like it’s from a powder. The lunch special is good and I recommend getting that. I think this place has a lot of potential, but it’s still trying to figure itself out. There are a couple timing things and the flavor is still being refined. Personally I would skip the spring rolls. It’s more noodles than toppings. The popcorn chicken was good-I wish there was some topping sauce with it.

This place should be higher than 4.3 stars. But everyone has their bad days, I get it. We however had a fantastic experience. I’m from Okc where we have a very robust Vietnamese Asian district and I have to say that this place did a wonderful job. Delicious and great service.
