Nine Quarter Circle Ranch

I recently visited the ranch with a group of women called Dare to Detour. I'm in hospitality and wanted to experience this ranch for my client's future incentive trips and meetings. I highly recommend this Dude ranch for incentive company trips, or meetings, where you want to have networking and team building. This property provided exceptional service and activities for all levels. The horseback riding was top-notch, and the level of service exceeded all my expectations. Great food and hospitality from all the staff at this Ranch. The cabins are all equipped with our own fireplace and super comfortable beds. The main lodge has plenty of room for smaller group gatherings, where all the meals take place. This property is also a perfect family vacation dude ranch where all ages and abilities can enjoy. The setting is between a valley and a mountain range, next to a river and a private pond. Every ride had the most scenic Montana beauty I have ever seen. I highly recommend this beautiful family-owned ranch for your next business or family retreat.

The ranch was one of the most peaceful , relaxing places I have ever visited . Time stood still in a majestic setting . The staff was warm, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable . The cabins are cozy and quiet . No TVs to be found , and certainly not missed , given you come on this type of vacation to escape the real world . The food was hearty and tasty. (Shout out for the cinnamon rolls !).The kitchen staff was beyond accommodating to meet any special requests . It was obvious the wranglers took great pride in their jobs and truly loved what they did . The trail rides were spectacular and varied in terrain and views . The horses are well cared for . Keep doing what you are doing 9 Quarter Circle !A vacation here is well spent money for many happy memories .

The staff and quests were wonderful, making it a cherished memory. The wranglers, fishing guides and kitchen staff created a very enjoyable experience. The schedule of events was perfect. It would have been great to travel once during the week to the Gallatin River for fly fishing. It may have occurred but we chose the two rides a day. The fishing river that runs through the ranch was very good to fish, and the cold plunge in the river at the end of the day was epic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the front porches on the cabins made the community. The clean cabins are rustic but perfect for a dude ranch.

We had an exceptional family experience at the Nine Quarter Circle Ranch. We had been dreaming of a dude ranch vacation for years, and this one went far beyond our expectations. The ranch is set in a magical, remote location, far from any road: a true escape into nature. The 127 horses are incredibly well trained, making trail rides enjoyable for all levels. The Kelsey family welcomed us as if we were part of their own : with warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality. We also loved the fly fishing introduction, with beautiful rivers right in front of the ranch and nearby. A truly special place, run by an amazing team. We leave with unforgettable memories and only one wish: to come back.

I had the greatest experience of my life at Nine Quarter Circle Ranch this September, not only did I celebrate my 68th birthday there but I also made new friends, fell in love with my horse, Conway, and had wonderful interactions with your staff. From Nancy, to the Wranglers, the housekeepers, the kitchen staff and with you, Kameron and your beautiful wife Sally, and even Mr Kim Kelsey himself. I felt so blessed in being privileged enough to stay at the Ranch but the experience I was afforded there was such a great gift that you and your family continue to share. I’m so grateful that there are people like you in this world who not only preserve and value nature in its most beautiful form but who allow others to share in that experience. I thank you so much for everything. My horse was perfect. My experience was perfect, and I will never forget my time at Nine Quarter Circle Ranch. Thank you.
