During the summer, visit a living history farm and see what life was like a century ago on a Montana homestead. And each summer, the Museum features a new exhibit. West of Wonder: The Natural History of Lewis & Clark. Often thought of as America's great adventure story, the Lewis and Clark Expedition should also be thought of as America's first great scientific endeavor. As we commemorate this great exploration, we also celebrate - in this exhibit - a scientific achievement that represents the epitome of Enlightenment Science.

Due to car issues, it brought us to Bozeman and as we were renting a car, the guy said that we could stop here. I was so excited because I wanted to see dinosaurs. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING OMGAAAAAWD!!!! I was so fascinated with the displays and the history. This was just spectacular. We were there when they first opened and pretty much had the place to ourselves. This is a must. They also have a frog display and a car display and a war exhibit."

So much for the entire family to enjoy. I loved walking around the building and love farm and seeing all of the flowers. It was beautiful! The only bad experience we had is your are not able to see the shows unless you have a pass for the day. We had bought a pass went through the exhibits and had planned on coming back today to see 2 off the shows. But you are not able to buy them separate of the pass. You need to purchase a pass for the day before you can pay the $6 to see the show. If we had know when we purchased our passes we would have tried to walk through the exhibits faster to ensure we had enough time to go to at least one."
"This has one of the best dinosaur displays that I've come across, plus it has live frogs to look at and old items that pioneers used back in the 1800s. Very informative and they have a pioneer interaction after 11 that talks about the history of pioneers settling in the area."
"So glad I chose this as my museum for the day. Amazing display of dinosaur and mammalian fossils found throughout Montana. Learned alot about the history of Montana and really enjoyed the frog displays. The planetarium was unexpectedly informative concerning biological entities in deep space."
