I can’t say enough good things about this store of Lucchese’s in Bozeman. A couple weeks ago, I spoke with Sam on the phone and he was so super helpful with me getting a gift of a Cosimo Leather Backpack overnighted to me. Today, I called the same store and spoke with Jake about a dopp kit I wanted to get. He was amazing as well, to say the least, treated me like family and rung me up as if I were in store, and is overnighting me a new Dopp kit to replace one I’ve had for over a decade. I’ll never stop doing business with Lucchese, as all I’ve gotten is superb treatment. From the store in Charlotte, to a few of them in Fort Worth and Dallas and now, my amazing interactions with Bozeman, sells me on their brand and quality of service. The quality of their boots, leather goods and clothing is top notch as well. I’m a customer for life, plus that intoxicating smell of quality leather is unparalleled. God bless you guys and gals at these fine stores. You continue to raise the bar for the best retail service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My husband needs a new pair of boots, so he called this store to order them to be shipped to us. When he found out that his favorite boots are potentially being discontinued, he said he would just buy 2 pairs. Rather than just making a sale, Ellie informed him that when his new boots arrive he can, for a fee, send his old boots to be refurbished and they'll be like brand new. It is so refreshing to have a retailer look out for their customer and not just making the sale. Thank you, Ellie, for your kindness and ethics. We are planning to come see you next summer and buy more boots.

I ordered a pair of boots over the phone from the Lucchese store in Bozeman, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Devon, the sales lead who assisted me, ordered the boots and had them processed for shipment the same day. I was very pleased with the interaction and his exceptional customer service. My mom and I came into the store looking for a boot for my brothers' engagement. Maggie was so helpful and upbeat. She showed different boot options within our price range and even showed us some cool animal skins in the back of the store. We didn't leave with a pair of boots but I told my brother when he goes in he needs to work with her. The store was so clean and you could tell everyone was happy to be there. 10/10 recommend popping in if you're ever in Bozeman.

Maggie was absolutely amazing! She helped my boyfriend and me pick out boots during my birthday trip to Bozeman, and she made the whole experience fun, easy, and memorable. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and it really felt like shopping with a friend. Molly, the manager, was also wonderful — both of them kept the energy light and fun and handled my boyfriend’s playful personality perfectly.
