My mom and I came into the store looking for a boot for my brothers' engagement. Maggie was so helpful and upbeat. She showed different boot options within our price range and even showed us some cool animal skins in the back of the store. We didn't leave with a pair of boots but I told my brother when he goes in he needs to work with her. The store was so clean and you could tell everyone was happy to be there. 10/10 recommend popping in if you're ever in Bozeman.

Jake did an amazing job both being patient and informing us about/showing us all the boot options. We walked in not expecting to buy any cowboy boots or having any real idea of what we would even want. Both me and my wife left having bought boots and being very happy with our choices. What an absolutely gorgeous store! Excellent quality and beautifully edited. I purchased a perfect pair of Lucchese women’s jeans that are probably the best fitting jeans and I’ve had many many jeans! Also the staff was exceptional at their helpfulness, desire to engage and leave you feeling a desire to become a regular even if by phone. Highly recommend this shop in beautiful Bozeman.

Laurence at Lucchese Bozeman is fantastic and was the highlight of our Lucchese experience. He helped us order our boots over the phone (we live overseas) and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The shoes also didn’t fail to impress! Great quality and very happy with our boots.
