Maggie was absolutely amazing! She helped my boyfriend and me pick out boots during my birthday trip to Bozeman, and she made the whole experience fun, easy, and memorable. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and it really felt like shopping with a friend. Molly, the manager, was also wonderful — both of them kept the energy light and fun and handled my boyfriend’s playful personality perfectly. Laurence at Lucchese Bozeman is fantastic and was the highlight of our Lucchese experience. He helped us order our boots over the phone (we live overseas) and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The shoes also didn’t fail to impress! Great quality and very happy with our boots.

What an absolutely gorgeous store! Excellent quality and beautifully edited. I purchased a perfect pair of Lucchese women’s jeans that are probably the best fitting jeans and I’ve had many many jeans! Also the staff was exceptional at their helpfulness, desire to engage and leave you feeling a desire to become a regular even if by phone. Highly recommend this shop in beautiful Bozeman.

Devon is the best Lucchese associate I’ve ever encountered and let me tell you I’ve met some great ones. Helpful, knowledgeable about every product and just a great all around personality. If you are ever in Bozeman, swing by the Lucchese store and ask for Devon. By the way, there is no sales tax in Montana. Try on the pythons.
