Check in was easy, on the app the room wasn’t ready yet passed our check in time and the woman at the front was super kind and courteous and got us checked in. All smiles and positive attitude. Room was fine, nothing to brag about. On our way out the other woman at the front was super kind and held onto our bags after our check out so we can go check out the town. The shuttle bus to the airport left at 11:58 and we missed it. We got back and she was kind of enough to have the shuttle bus bring us back anyway even though it runs every hour. Shuttle bus drive was kind and funny. I’m sure everybody has a bad day and sometimes that can make you come off cold and rude, but everybody working there was super sweet and kind."
