"Austin was amazing! I came to Bozeman for work. I got there about 11 am. I let him know that I had to quickly change and head to my job.He let me check in right away. The room was clean. I was here from Monday through Friday. The rest of the staff was so kind and accommodating. On Wednesday I asked for my room to be cleaned and unfortunately it wasn't. When I went to the front desk after getting back from work the young lady apologized. Next thing I know she knocked on the door. She brought towels and a gift bag full of snacks and assured me that my room would be cleaned the following day. Which it was. This company should be proud of all the staff for taking such great care of their customers!"
