"Stopped in for happy hour and was glad I did so. The Jim Bridger whiskey is excellent. I also had on old fashioned that was a good balance. Plenty of spirit flavor and not too sweet, but just enough sweetness to keep it honest. Bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. Nice location with windows to watch the distilling process in action."
