"Rented a Cruise America RV through with a pick up at Big Boy rental to take around Yellowstone for a long weekend. We've heard mixed reviews of Cruise America in general, but honestly this was an AMAZING experience! The staff was awesome pick up with incredibly easy and answered any questions we had. They were also totally understanding when we were running late and did not have insane fees. Return was also a breeze. We reported a few things we didn't catch at pick up and minor issues we ran into and they made all the necessary notes and again no extra fees or dings to us. I would highly recommend if you are going to rent a Cruise America for Yellowstone this be your rental location. We will absolutely use them again when we go back!"
